Castore 4226 m

Castore dominates the valley of Gressoney and that of Ayas and is one of the most loved climbs by the guides of Monte Rosa. From our basecamp refuge Quintino Sella (3585 m), you reach the summit at 4226 m by following the ridges. It is the perfect climb for those who have already had some mountaineering experience or have climbed up to Capanna Margherita and want to experience a majestic climb above 4000 mt without too many technical difficulties and average hiking time.
